MY FABULOUS TWIN SISTER, JETTA LYNN!

Hi everyone!! I apologize for not posting in such a long time! I've been quite busy, and unfortunately I haven't been able to write until now! My impending motherhood has kept me busy with all the things I still have on my "to do before Pax" list. But I've finally taken a break to sit down and do some much needed writing. I have so much to get caught up on (posting wise), and I really hope I'm able to squeeze it all in. I have some very exciting baby showers and gifts to write about, so at least look for those in the next week!

So, on to today's post: all about my lovely twin sister, Jessica Lynn Forsthoefel. Isn't she beautiful!! This is her & her handsome hubby on their wedding day (9/11/10).

First I want to say that my twinner is one of the most intelligent people I know. FOR REAL. She has risen to the top of all of her classes, colleges & universities … because she is so stinkin' smart!! I know that whatever career path she ultimately follows or even creates for herself (she is bold & bright enough to do this!), she will 100% excel at it!

Jessi is extremely dedicated to everything she puts her mind to. I've never seen anyone work so hard. Not only is she in school FULL-TIME, but she also works FULL-TIME! And she gets straight A's!!!! Intelligent and hard-working! She can do it all!!

She's also a die-hard workout pro! She (and her husband) are very committed to a strict daily workout routine. Though it's hard to see in the photo, they are both very ripped! … Growing up, I was known as the "chubby" twin. We know why! I called Jessi "slim jim," and this made her quite mad for some reason. She called me "marshy mallow!" Let me back up with a cute story. Before this, though, we were wee little ones, back-to-school shopping in the lunch box aisle. I had my little eyes set on a Cabbage Patch pail, and Jessi had hers on a hot pink Barbie box. Need I say more?!

Jetta Lynn is also very artistic. She just made a super cute zoo animals box for Paxton, filled with alphabet blocks. It's adorable!! And every school project that begs for some sort of artistic execution, well, Jess is right on it! And her awesome grades definitely reflect the creative quality!

Jessi & Thomas have two adorable lil pups, Sir Teddy and King Charles! They are truly lovable!! I call Teddy "lover boy" because he is just so sweet & tender with his puppy lovin'. Charlie and Violet are engaged, and one day they will be the sweetest lil married pups ever!! Jessi, Thomas, Teddy and Charles surely make one adorable little family!

I'm so very proud of Jessi in all that she's accomplished! I don't tell her nearly enough just how thrilled I am with who she is and all she's done, but I truly am overjoyed for her! God bless you, Jessi!! Love you forever & always!!

Here's a photo of us celebrating at her bachelorette party. One fun celebration, for sure!!

ROCK ON, JETTA LYNN, ROCK ON!!

PAXTON'S FIRST OUTFITS

Shane & I have been very blessed to receive many, many, many outfits for Paxton from a very dear family friend!* He has more clothes than he'll ever need!! And they are all extremely adorable and in very good condition!! Some haven't even been worn yet! We are so grateful for this wonderful generosity!! I absolutely can't wait to clad our little man in each & every outfit ... and post some cute photos for you all to see!! Won't be too much longer! :)

Even with all these precious outfits, Shane & I wanted to purchase Pax's very first "coming home" outfit. It was impossible to pick out just one, so we settled with two new outfits that will go with us to the hospital and hopefully adorn our precious little baby in his first days of life.

Here's Paxton's "coming home" outfit ... as long as it's not too big, he'll be sporting this cutie as he leaves the hospital and is welcomed into our home. Oh, how we can't wait for that day!! Note that the adorable boat shoes are from Auntie Jessi & Uncle Thomas. They are the most adorable little scats ever!!

And here's his other outfit that we'll dress him in (if able) during his hospital stay. I LOVE owls & just couldn't resist this onesie ... it makes for one cute fall outfit!!

*We Want to give a sincere THANK YOU to the Jewell family for their very, very, very generous gifts of clothes, shoes, toys, pack-n-play, and even stroller & car seat!! We will be forever grateful!!
